A vacuum tank can be used for the removal of large amounts of waste. The vacuum tankers pump is designed to pneumatically suck liquids, sludges, slurries, or the like from a location into the tank of the truck. This allows the transport of the liquid material via road to another location to safely dispose of the waste. Vacuum tankers transport the collected material to a treatment or disposal site, for example a sewage treatment plant. Normally a vacuum tanker is emptied by gravity. The ejection time depends on the thickness of the waste, the size of the outlet valve and hose, the amount of debris in the waste, and how often the driver has to stop to clean the dump screen.
